ABOUT US
Swindon Basketball Camp has been established since 2023 and our primary objective has always been to create an enjoyable and memorable atmosphere that caters to players of all skill levels.

We have a wide range of camps and services to improve your game and learn from experienced coaches. Join us on our wide range of activities - Friday Basketball Camp, Saturday Basketball Camp, Half Term Camps or After School Clubs. Each of our sessions is designed to work on a range of skills while also providing a safe, fun and warming environment for the children to learn, develop and make life long friends.

Hi I’m coach T, proud owner and founder of Swindon basketball camp. Just to give you a little background on myself, I have been playing basketball since the age of 9 years old. Growing up in Wiltshire, there wasn’t a lot of exposure to basketball at grass root level as you can imagine in comparison to other parts of the country and the world. As a kid I’d spend countless hours at my local basketball court practicing the little bit of skill I’d see on a sky sports advert of the NBA or street ball team. At 13 I convinced my parents to take me to a local club where my love for game grew even more. I’d go on to play for my school team, college and then go on to play in the WEBBA local league.
Over the last year I have been an assistant coach at Swindon new college. This inspired my passion for coaching and helping younger players develop their game in their early years of their careers, to work on the things I didn’t have access to when I was their age and younger. The basic fundamentals of any sport should be learned early, where in the UK you’d find a 16 year old just picking a basketball compared to the states where this would of occurred around the age of 6 or 7 maybe earlier.
